You the seller & buyer must understand that your home owners insurance policy does not usually insure the furnace, garbage disposal, air conditioner, trash compactor and well pump-- just to mention a few of those items. We will provide coverage, so you don't need to be concerned about those unaccounted for expenses while selling or owning that new purchased home.
